Community Nursing Service offers services geared towards promoting and protecting the health of the population of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. These also include assisting and providing care to individual members of the population.

These services are made possible through thirty nine (39) health centres, five (5) district hospitals and a compliment of health care personnel.
