The Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment wishes to advise the general public that as part of its mosquito control programme, officers within the Insect Vector Control Unit will conduct fogging operations on mainland SaintVincent on the following days and places, beginning at 5.00 p.m: Fogging will be done simultaneously on both sides of the Country.


Monday, 29/9/2014- Petit Bordel, Dark View, North Union, New Ground.

Tuesday, 30/9/2014 – Rose Bank, Troumaca, Mesopotamia, Cane End.

Wednesday, 1/10/2014 – Rose Hall, Coulls Hill, Gomea, Welcome, Fountain.

Thursday, 2/10/2014- Cumberland, Spring Village, Lower Lowmans, Greggs.

Friday, 3/10/2014 – Keartons, Wallilabou, Higher Lowmans, Chapmans, Adelphi


Home owners and owners of business enterprises in the named areas are required to keep their windows and doors open to allow the fog to take effect.

Parents and guardians are advised that their children are not to run or play near to the vehicles during fogging operations.

Persons who are suffering from any respiratory illnesses are kindly requested to take precautionary measures or temporarily relocate until the area is fogged.
