The Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment announces its Annual Primary Schools Public Speaking Competition.

Date
: Thursday, 8th June, 2017

Time: 9:00 a.m.

Venue: Methodist Church Hall, Kingstown

Contact Person: Ms. Patsy Wyllie, Chief Health Promotion Officer

Topic: “Should Parents Be Blamed Or Not, For The Misconduct Of Their Children?”

This is the topic that Grade 6 students in the Annual Primary Schools Public Speaking Competition will be debating.

It is the 14th year of the competition, which is hosted by the Health Promotion Unit in the Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment; and being sponsored by Digicel for the 4th year.

The Ministry encourages parents and friends of the students to come out and support them. Your presence would go a long way in making them feel that what they are doing is worthwhile, plus, this is a great opportunity for parents to hear their children’s views on this subject.

What is your view?
